Following a hectic end to the 2023/24 Champions Hockey League Regular Season, we now have our eight Round of 16 match-ups and a Playoff tree showing each team's path to the CHL Final early next year!
First off, the shock of Game Day 6 - reigning CHL and Finnish champions Tappara Tampere finished best of the rest and will not be playing anymore pan-European hockey this season.
Adler Mannheim were crowned Regular Season winners, posting 16 points from five regulation wins and one OT loss which means they will face 16th-ranked Rapperswil-Jona Lakers in November.
Second place went to the Växjö Lakers who end the Regular Season as the only unbeaten team, but miss out on top spot due to tie-breakers. The reigning SHL champions will face 15th-ranked ERC Ingolstadt in the Round of 16.
Finnish side Lukko Rauma secured third place with 15 points in six games. The six-time CHL qualifiers and 2021 Finnish champions will face 14th-ranked HC Innsbruck in the very first Playoff round.
