The reigning champions Frölunda Gothenburg will start the series away from home against Leksands IF as the remaining Swedish team, Rögle Ängelholm, will travel to the Czech Republic to play Sparta Prague in the First Game. Both Finnish teams, Lukko Rauma and Tappara Tampere, will play the First Game at home.
