With the conclusion of Finland's Liiga championship today, HPK Hämeenlinna become the 32nd and final team to qualify for the 2019/20 Champions Hockey League season following a 2-1 overtime victory in game seven over Kärpät Oulu!

Of the 32 teams from 13 different leagues, 16 are returning from the 2018/19 season. Ten teams, including HPK, will be making their CHL debuts and two others will be making just their second appearances.
