Four teams, four different countries - meet our Semi-Finalists!
Lukko Rauma
European heavyweights Lukko Rauma did Finland proud. Heading into the Quarter-Finals, there was a lot of pressure on their shoulders as the last remaining representative of the country that gave us our European Club Champions last season and they stood up to the task admirably. After scoring six in the First Game of their QF series it was all about keeping it cool in the Return Game and they did that right down to the final buzzer.
Skellefteå AIK
Skellefteå AIK are a team that need no introduction to any CHL fan. The Swedish veterans are playing in their eighth season on the pan-European stage and pulled off another CHL Playoffs masterclass by beating a formidable Färjestad Karlstad 4-1 to punch their Semi-Finals ticket in style!
Genève-Servette
Reigning NL champions Genève-Servette will be holding the Swiss flag high when they skate our for the Semi-Finals in early January and there's no surprise why. After beating DEL champions Red Bull Munich in the Round of 16, the Swiss team have dispatched reigning SHL champions the Växjö Lakers and knocked them out of the competition. See a trend?
Vítkovice Ridera
Not many expected Czech side Vítkovice Ridera in the Quarter-Finals but now that they're in the Final Four, they can really turn around and tell everyone: "I told you so!". The Ostrava-based team headed into the Return Game a goal down and a third-minute goal against set them two goals back but an astonishing comeback saw them smash five into Rapperswil-Jona Lakers' net to win the series and celebrate like they'd won the European Trophy.
