The 2025/26 line-up of the Champions Hockey League is nearly complete! With two qualifiers securing their spot late last week, just two places remain to be filled. Who qualified and who can fill in the last remaining spots? Let's take a look!
Pinguins Bremerhaven
The DEL side had a best-ever season in the CHL in 2024/25, finishing 11th in the 24-team Regular Season and making the Quarter-Finals. With Eisbären Berlin taking the German championship, Pinguins Bremerhaven's third-place finish in the DEL regular season secured them their league's third qualification spot to make it back-to-back qualifications for Europe's biggest club ice hockey competition.
Odense Bulldogs
New Danish champions Odense Bulldogs will make their Champions Hockey League debut in 2025/26! This club on the rise won their very first national championship just days ago to propel them into our pan-European competition. We can't wait to see the newcomers embark on their one-of-a-kind journey!
Extraliga
The race for the Czech Extraliga title is going down to game 7 of the playoff finals and it's not just the national title on the line, as the winner of this all-or-nothing game between Kometa Brno and Dynamo Pardubice also secures the league's final qualification place for 2025/26. Who will it be?
Liiga
It's a neck-and-neck race for the Finnish championship with two immensely strong sides, KalPa Kuopio and SaiPa Lappeenranta, tied 1-1 in the playoff finals. Title aside, it's all on the line, as the winner of the series also secures the final place in the 2025/26 CHL line-up!
